If you have two separate email accounts and you want to send them separate messages, you can split the emails into separate inboxes.
To do so, you’ll need to open both email accounts in separate windows.
To accomplish this, you need to use two different methods: One method uses Outlook’s Split View feature, which splits emails into two separate inbox windows, with each inbox being a separate tab in the Outlook window.
You can also use Outlook’s On-the-fly Split View, which opens the inbox windows for you.
Outlook’s split view lets you split emails in two windows, or in separate tabs.
The other method uses an Outlook extension, which automatically splits emails between the email accounts.
To use an Outlook Extension, open the extension in Outlook.app.
Click the Extensions icon at the bottom of the toolbar.
From the Extensions menu, select Outlook.exe.
Click on Extensions.
To open an Outlook.com email or Outlook.net email account in Outlook, go to the Mail tab.
Click Add to Outlook.
Click Split in the dialog box that appears.
In the Split view, open one of the email tabs.
If you want the emails to appear in the same inbox, click the Split in tab.
The message will be sent as separate messages.
You should see the email messages appear in different inboxes in the Split tab.
Outlook will close the Split window, and the emails will no longer appear in separate inbox boxes.
If all goes well, the emails should appear in inbox boxes that are both separate and identical.
This method does not work for email accounts that are using the Mail and Calendar apps.
